The REON POCKET sometimes stop cooling during SMART COOL operation. Is it a malfunction?
It is not a malfunction. When the temperature is at an appropriate level due to the temperature inside your clothes and the cooling/warming section, the unit may pause the cooling operation automatically to save power.
It will resume automatically as the temperature inside your clothes and the cooling/warming section rises, but it can also be started by the app operation.
