There may be a problem with the network connection. Verify that the network connection and settings are correct.
- Check the Ethernet cable to make sure it is securely connected to the LAN(100) terminal on the player and to the Internet source.
- Check the BD Player network settings and confirm that the player has its own IP address.
Note: If you use a proxy server, enter the IP address of the proxy server you use, instead of the proxy host name, in the Proxy Server input field.
- Confirm both Physical Connection and Internet Access are OK in Network Settings → Network Connection Status.
- Follow the Network Update Instructions again.
