Notice to customers using Wireless Stereo Headset, WI-SP510 – Updated on 25th Nov 2021
Thank you for your continued interest in Sony products.
Sony has discovered that some units of WI-SP510 may not be able to power on due to water corrosion issues within the unit body structure.
To address this issue, we are implementing a free repair program for the affected units. This free repair program will start late Dec 2020 and will remain available until November 30th, 2022 (updated on 25th Nov 2021). Please contact your local Contact Centre to obtain the latest updates of the free repair program.

[How to check the model name and serial number]
The model number is located on the built-in rechargeable battery.
The serial number is printed on the right side earbud.
