The TV does not support Key passing of CEC when the TalkBack feature is enabled. If you want to control a device connected via HDMI, disable the TalkBack feature, or use the Screen Reader feature instead of TalkBack.
For Google TV
How to stop TalkBack from the Quick Settings menu:
- On the remote control, press the Quick Settings button.
- On the Quick Settings menu, select Settings (located at the left end), and press the Enter button.
- Press the Down arrow button to select System and press the Enter button.
- Select Accessibility and press the Enter button.
- Press the Down arrow button to select TalkBack and press the Enter button.
- To stop TalkBack, select Enable and press the Enter button. It will switch TalkBack setting to Off.
- When you hear OK, press the Enter button to stop TalkBack.
How to activate Screen Reader from the Quick Settings menu:
- On the remote control, press the Quick Settings button.
- On the Quick Settings menu, select Settings (located at the left end), and press the Enter button.
- Press the Down arrow button to select System and press the Enter button.

- Press the Down arrow button to select Device Preferences and press the Enter button.
- Press the Down arrow button to select Accessibility and press the Enter button.
- Press the Down arrow button to select TalkBack and press the Enter button.
- To stop TalkBack, select Enable and press the Enter button. It will switch TalkBack setting to Off.
- When you hear OK, press the Enter button to stop TalkBack.
