Why can't a video CD be played back on Windows 2000 Professional?
The video CD cannot be played back on Windows 2000 Professional.
Due to the specifications of the VAIO computer, it is not capable of playing back video CD on Windows 2000 Professional.
On Help of the WinDVD program, although Video CD is mentioned in DVD Compatibility Chart, Windows 2000 Professional does not support the playback of Video CD. As for the media which VAIO can handle, please refer to the Types of dics that you can play section of the Online Manual.
