LED on the WF-C710N charging case keeps flashing (blinking) orange

The orange LED on the WF-C710N charging case should turn OFF when the AC adapter is unplugged from the outlet during charging. If it doesn't, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Connect the USB Type-C® cable and AC adapter to the wall outlet.
2. Connect the charging case to the USB Type-C cable and check if the LED is solid or still flashing.
   • If the orange LED is solid (not flashing), it indicates it is charging:
     1. Wait for the charging case to fully charge.
     2. Unplug the charging case from the USB Type-C cable, FIRST.
     3. Next, disconnect the AC adapter from the outlet.
   • If the orange LED continues to flash:
     1. Perform a reset and then check if the issue is resolved.
     2. Initialize the earbuds to restore factory settings.
     3. If the issue persists after resetting and initializing the earbuds, repair may be required. Go to Product Repair.
