The Noise Canceling effect is weak or not working (INZONE H9 II)
Check the following:
- Make sure the noise canceling function is turned on. You can check the noise canceling settings with INZONE Hub software or Sony | Sound Connect app.
- Fit the headphones snugly to a comfortable position.
- The noise canceling function is effective for noise in low frequency ranges in locations such as offices, near air conditioners, on trains, and on planes. On the other hand, you may feel the effect is weak for noise in higher frequencies, such as human voices. This is normal and not a malfunction.
