After resetting (restarting) the speaker, does it turn on?
Notes:
- The reset method differs depending on the model. For details, refer to your model's Help Guide.
- Resetting the speaker does not delete the pairing information.
- Volume, sound settings, or other functions may change after you reset the speaker.
The following are examples of how to reset (restart) the speaker:
SRS-XB12
Press the RESET button on your speaker with a pin or other pointed object.
SRS-XB13
Press and hold the (power) button for about 10 seconds to reset (restart) the speaker.
- The speaker turns on
The issue was caused by a temporary malfunction of the speaker. - The speaker does not turn on
