When I launch the Netflix application, the application suddenly closes.

    If the Netflix application suddenly closes after being launched, please try the following.

    1. Delete the application data for Netflix.
      1. Press the HOME button on the remote.    
      2. Select Settings.   
      3. Select Apps in the TV category.   
      4. Select System app.
      5. Select Netflix.
      6. Select Clear data.
      7. Select OK.

    2. After deleting the data for the Netflix application, try signing in again.
