Touch sensor, noise canceling, sound, or power issues when using one earbud (WF-C710N)

    If you experience any of these issues when using one side of the earbuds, follow the steps below:

    1. Update the earbud software to the latest version.
    2. Set the earbuds in the charging case, and charge them fully.
      After the charging is complete, the indicator on the charging case will turn off.
    3. Reset the earbuds.
    4. Initialize the earbuds.
