Touch sensor, noise canceling, sound, or power issues when using one earbud (WF-C710N)
If you experience any of these issues when using one side of the earbuds, follow the steps below:
- Update the earbud software to the latest version.
- Set the earbuds in the charging case, and charge them fully.
After the charging is complete, the indicator on the charging case will turn off. - Reset the earbuds.
- Initialize the earbuds.
