    1. Remove the earbud tips

To remove the earbud tips, hold down and twist the earbuds, then pull the earbud tips to remove them.
Note: Do not pinch the end of the earbud to prevent damage the earbud tips.

    2. Clean the headphones

    Clean the earbud surface

Dust and dirt on the surface of the earbuds can be wiped off with 99% water-based wipes. Do not use solvents such as thinner, benzene, or alcohol as they may damage the finish on the surface of the earbuds or cause other damages.

If water drops get on the earbuds, wipe them off with a dry, soft cloth. In cold regions, water drops may freeze if left on the earbuds.

If foreign matter, sweat, or moisture is left on the charging port, the charging function may be affected or not be possible at all. Be sure to regularly clean the contact points of the charging case and earbuds using a cotton swab or dry, soft cloth.

Hint: If charging does not start, wiping off the charging ports may resolve the issue.

Note: Do not use an air duster to remove dust as it may get into the microphone or sound output holes, causing the earbuds to malfunction.

    Clean the charging ports

    Clean the air holes

If foreign substances (such as earwax) build up in the air holes, no sound may come out, the volume may seem lower than usual, or noise may occur. Make sure clean the air holes using a cotton swab or dry, soft cloth.
Hint: If dirt has built up, gently remove it with a thin, soft toothbrush. Make sure not to insert the toothbrush too deeply to avoid damaging internal components.

    Clean the IR sensors

If the IR sensor is dirty, it may not detect the wearing conditions and the earbuds may not work properly. Wipe off any dirt on the IR sensor with a dry, soft cloth.

    Clean the sound output holes

With a cloth dampened with water and wrung tightly, clean the sound output holes to remove dirt, earwax, or anything that may accumulated, being careful not to accidentally push dirt or debris into the earbuds.

    Drain the sound output holes

If water remains in the sound output holes, the sound from the earbuds may get lower or not come out at all. If this is the case, position the sound output holes facing downward, and shake about 20 times to get the water out.

    Drain the microphone holes

Leaving water in the microphone holes may cause corrosion. If this is the case, position the microphone holes facing downward, and shake about 20 times to get the water out.

    Dry the earbuds

Once cleaning is complete, leave the earbuds to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

Note when drying the earbuds: If the IR sensor is touching the table, the sensor may assume the earbuds are being worn and the rechargeable battery may continue to be consumed. Place the earbuds with the IR sensor facing sideways or upward.

    3. Attach the earbud tips

After that, set the earbuds into the charging case, check that the earbuds are firmly inserted all the way, not in a loose or skewed manner, and close the lid.
Note: If the earbuds are not attached firmly, the headphones may come off, or the sound quality or noise canceling function may be affected.

    4. Charge your headphones

Note when charging your LinkBuds Fit

The charging case is not water-resistant. Note that if you charge your earbuds with any kind of moisture attached, especially sweat, the moisture may get inside the charging case, causing a short circuit in the internal components or corrosion of the terminals of the earbuds or charging case.

Note: Malfunctions caused by liquids such as water are not covered by the product warranty. If this is the case, you may be required to pay for repairs even if your earbuds are within the warranty period.
