This offer is for 12-months free Shahid VIP service subscription that can be availed upon purchase, within promotion period between the 25th March 2020 to the 31st December 2020 for Sony 4K Android TV and/or Sony Dolby Atmos Sound Bar and/or Headphones (“Promotion Period”), of selected models of Sony 4K Android TV and/or Sony Dolby Atmos Sound Bar and/or Headphones products, subject to below terms and conditions (“Shahid Subscription Offer”). The Shahid Subscription Offer is available only at Sony Middle East and Africa FZE (“Sony”) designated distributor / dealer stores in selected countries (“Store(s)”).
2. For a customer to avail the Shahid Subscription Offer and receive voucher code for such subscription (“Voucher”), all of the following conditions shall be met :
   1. The customer purchases Sony 4K Android TV and/or Sony Dolby Atmos Sound Bar/Headphones products at the Store within the Promotion Period; and
   2. The customer activates Shahid VIP Subscription Offer on or before the 31th December 2020 with the valid original invoice of such purchased product.
   3. Please note that nothing other than the scan of the valid original invoices will be accepted for redemption/activation of Shahid Subscription Offer.
   4. The offer is valid on purchase of Sony 4K Android TV and/or Sony Dolby Atmos Sound Bar in UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt & Morocco.
   5. The offer is valid on purchase of Headphone products WH-1000XM3 & WF-1000XM3 in UAE, KSA & Bahrain
   6. The offer is not valid on Headphone products WH-1000XM3 & WF-1000XM3 purchased from https://www.amazon.ae/ and https://www.noon.com/uae-en/
3. The customer accepts all of the following conditions:
   1. The validity of 12-months Shahid VIP service will start once the customer redeem his/her Voucher in accordance with instructions received from Sony or any other parties designated by Sony through email.
   2. If customer purchased multiple Sony 4K Android TVs, Sony Dolby Atmos Sound Bars and Sony Headphones, he/she can avail multiple Vouchers, provided that Vouchers validity cannot be combined together and can only be used separately through separate accounts.
   3. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash nor sold or transferred to someone else whether for value or not. This action will cause invalidity of Voucher.
4. The Shahid Subscription Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion including those provided by MBC FX LLC.
5. Sony reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time for any reason.
6. Sony shall not responsible for validity, quality, accuracy, performance or any other things related to Shahid VIP service or its contents.
7. Sony shall not assume any liability for breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or under any other legal theory related to the Voucher, Shahid Subscription Offer or Shahid VIP service.
