I cannot hear sound from the headphones or the sound is too low (INZONE E9)

    If you cannot hear sound from the headphones or the sound is too low, check the following:

    • Make sure the connected device is turned on.
    • Adjust the volume on the connected device. If the volume is too low, turn it up.
    • If the headphones are connected to a computer, make sure the sound output setting of the computer is set to INZONE E9.
    • Make sure the mini plug is securely inserted into the mini jack of the USB Type-C™ audio box.
    • Restart the game or app you are using.
    • Restart the connected device.

    Notes:

    • Connecting the headphones to a smartphone is not covered by the warranty.
    • Connecting the headphones to a PlayStation®5 using the USB Type-C audio box is not covered by the warranty. Connect the headphones to the headphone jack of the PS5™ controller.
    • Connect the USB Type-C audio box directly to the computer. Do not use a USB hub.
