The sound quality is low, noise occurs, or the sound skips (INZONE E9)

    If the sound quality is low

    • If the volume of the playback device (e.g., PC, PlayStation®5) is too loud, lower the volume.

    If noise occurs or the sound skips

    • If your headphones are connected to a computer, check that the USB Type-C® audio box is properly connected to the computer's USB Type-C port.
    • If your headphones are connected to a PS5™, check that the mini plug is properly connected to the mini jack of the USB Type-C audio box or the PS5 controller.

    Notes:

    • Dropping the computer while the USB Type-C audio box is connected, or applying excessive pressure to the USB Type-C audio box, may damage or warp the USB port. In such cases, you may have to pay for repairs, even during the warranty period.
    • If you connect your headphones to the computer when there is high system usage, noise or sound interruptions may occur. This is not a malfunction. Closing unnecessary apps or tabs may help improve the issue.
