When my device is connected to headphones using LE Audio, I can’t hear the ringtone or answer calls
Depending on the call app, meeting app, or connected device, you may experience unexpected behavior, such as not hearing incoming calls through your headphones or being unable to answer them.
If this happens, restart the application or the connected device. If the issue is still not resolved, switch the connection to Classic Audio.
Hint: To switch the connection to Classic Audio, open the Sony | Sound Connect app and select the LE Audio connection setting for headphones → Classic Audio only (conventional connection method).
